My Grandson
Enclosed find a note dictated to me by my 12 year old precious grandson who has ADHD. Timothy started taking Limu Plus the first week of April 2007 when I told his parents I wanted to have him on Limu Plus to see if it would be helpful to him. In the past, they had tried different medications that had only seemed to make matters worse. Now he is taking Limu Plus faithfully and we are all thrilled with results he’s seen in such a short time. Here is what he wrote:

LimuPlus Helped Me Make it Through
I had Mono last summer and I was miserable. I would feel tired, worn down, and sick every day. I would come down with a cold or flu every few weeks and everything just seemed so hard! My Mom had a hard time watching me struggle to get through every day, and when she heard about Limu Plus, she knew she had to try it. She convinced me to get on a schedule of taking Limu Plus every day, and the results were amazing.

My name is Ejay Moore . . .
I did not notice any effects of the Limu Plus juice for oh, about 5 days or so. Then, I began to notice that I slept soundly all night (which had been a problem for me). I took 2 oz. of Limu Plus about an hour or two before I wanted to go to bed and I slept like a baby.
I also noticed that when I got up in the morning, my joints weren’t as “creaky” as they had been previously. I just felt good. It didn’t take as long to shake off the early morning “blahs” as usual. I felt good. I don’t know how else to convey it. I’m not sure if it was the Limu Plus alone, the VitaOne vitamins alone or the combination of the two, but I noticed the difference in my body and my mood.

I’ll Never Take Limu Plus For Granted Again
I would like to share my Limu Plus experience with you. My dear friend Ida had been raving about Limu Plus for about six months. I finally tried it. I liked it. I bought it. The effects on a day-to-day basis were good. Nothing earth shaking, I just felt better and I definitely slept better.
After about three weeks it occurred to me that, here it was, the beginning of allergy season, the weather had been kind of rough, and I had not had any sinus headaches – none at all. For me, this was big, as I suffer terrible headaches from about February through May. Later on in the season, on weather days that would usually force me to take to my bed, I did get a headache or two, but they were only shadows of their former power – a full 85 to 90% less painful than before I started the Limu Plus. I was thrilled with the improvement.
About that same time, 3 weeks to a month after starting the Limu Plus, I noticed I no longer craved junk food. Soda pop was too sweet for my taste. Candy held no appeal for me. This was super great. I also noticed my joints were more flexible and I seemed to just move easier.
And then (for reasons I won’t go into) I stopped taking the Limu Plus. The first week after stopping, I got a bad case of the flu, complete with achy body parts and a headache that lasted for days. I was not a happy camper. Even after I got over the flu, I still had some achy body parts. And then I remembered – this was how I used to feel before I discovered Limu Plus.
To make a long story short, I am looking forward to receiving my order of Limu Plus next week. I will never, ever take it for granted again.

Help In a Bottle
My grandson is living with me now after a fall his freshman year in high school which resulted in a broken back that went undetected for three years due to misdiagnosis shortly after the fall. I will spare you the details of all he has been through due to no fault of his own, but eventually put him in dispair pain, depression,and rebellion.
He is now trying to rebuild his life, he “was” so nervous, angry and hard to live with. About a year ago he took Limu Plus that I had in the refigerator, he liked it and said then that it helped him. When he came this November to stay with me again he ask about that purple juice..it took me a minute to remember what he was talking about. I looked up the testimonies that you have on the website and from what other people have said, and what he said after only taking it a short time a year ago..I just knew I had to order some for him.
I noticed that the bottle of Limu Plus was going down and knew I better order some more.
Then yesterday when he was taking his Limu Plus he said “I know this is expensive, and I tried to cut back on it but I hate to run out of this because I really feel AWFUL when I don’t take it! I said, “in what way?” he said I just feel so nervous and depressed and don’t sleep.
Needless to say I just ordered his second bottle and hope it gets here soon, only a few days left..my own fault!
He is also taking Vitamins now… along with the Cold and Flu which helped him get through some bad sinus concerns. I can’t say enough for that product either!

Limu is Wonderful
My husband and I have been using Limu Plus for many months. Before starting to take Limu Plus, my husband was on four medications for his blood pressure. As a result of taking 2 oz. of Limu Plus every day, he was able to lower his medication (with his Doctors okay) to only one medication.
Just recently we were running low on our supply of Limu Plus, and my husband cut back to 1 oz. daily. His blood pressure went up to border line pressure. As soon as the new supply arrived he was back on the 2 oz. daily and I am proud to say his pressure has been like a teenagers: 102/64. We will not let our supply run low again. He is looking forward to the day he will not have to take any blood pressure meds.

Limu Plus has brought me to tears!
Limu Plus has brought me to tears… of joy! I was so anxious to try the products, when my first order arrived I could barely wait to get the box open. I wanted to try it for myself, but my main concern was my 10-year-old son. He has been experiencing some behavioral problems and I watched as my special baby turned into a person I didn’t know. Needless to say it was s source of frustration and stress and many nights crying myself to sleep. We have been giving him the Limu Plus for only two days and I notice an incredible difference in him already!

I just need my LimuPlus
I have been using the Limu Plus for a couple of years now and love it! My job was a very stressful one and I stood on my feet in one place with only minimal breaks. A couple of times I was distracted and did not take my Limu Plus for a couple of days without realizing it. By the end of the second day, I was beginning to wonder why I was feeling tired. I realized I had forgotten to take my Limu! There was always a lot of tension in the work place, but as long as I took my Limu I was able to take it in stride. One day my manager told me she did not believe I had a grouchy bone in my body. I thought, you haven’t seen me without my Limu! Recently, I miscalculated how much I had on hand, and was without it for several days before my AutoShip arrived. I noticed I was feeling much more irritable and things were bothering me that would not normally. My name is Liane Horvath, I am 48 years old and have over-all good health. I . . . ordered the Limu Plus and my husband started taking 2 oz a day. He works a job he does not like, and has been very emotionally stressed. On day four of taking the Limu Plus, he had to be up at 4:30 am and drive with his crew 3 hours to a jobsite. At 7:30 that night he called me to let me know that he would not be home until 9:30 pm. When I heard his voice on the phone, I could not believe I was talking to my husband. He was happy, no sign of stress or tiredness in his voice. He said he felt good, was not depressed, and his attitude was great. After 4 days he went back to 1 oz. He is totally amazed how he feels now when he misses it – his body seems to tell him when to take more. The same type of situation happened to me also. My sister was diagnosed with a very serious health challenge about 12 months ago. She had several treatments for 6 months followed by injections every other day. Wow! I have to admit I have several favorite products. But my absolute favorite has got to be the Limu Plus! It is something that my whole family can use – all the way down to my 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old nephew. It has helped several of my family members 
with different health challenges. I think it is amazing that one product can help with so many different health challenges. My son suffered a brain injury in 1997 from a car accident and was reading on a Kindergarten level in the 5th grade. After starting him on a daily regimen of the Limu Plus, he is only one year behind his peers and doesn’t suffer frequent migraines like he used to. He is so excited to feel like a normal kid again! Limu Plus really works - not just on the inside, but on the outside too!
As a result of the constant use of chemicals in my hair, I started to have problems with both my hair and scalp. My hair started falling out and it made my head look quite patchy and my scalp was constantly itching and became very sore from all the rubbing and scratching.
I had a bottle of Limu Plus that was damaged during shipping that I neither wanted to drink or throw away, so I decided to try it on my scalp and hair. Twice a week I applied it to my scalp with cotton, then massaged it through my hair and would leave it in overnight or even a day or two. It was very soothing.

A Recipe for Strong Bones and Good Health
I am 61 years old. I take Coral Calcium+, Limu Plus and VitaOne. I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis in my hip and spine. I had my first bone density test two years ago & just recently had another test done. I know others who haven’t seen any improvement; they may stay the same or get worse. But I have improved! The doctor said my spine has actually improved. It has to be the products I’m on. I do daycare and have for 39 years. I used to catch “everything” from all the kids, plus get horrible coughs. The last year and a half I have not only not gotten any of the “typical things”, but when all the children (including parents, grandparents, siblings and my significant other) had some stomach trouble, I never got it and I took care of the children all the time. Life Changing Message of Limu Plus
“Once upon a time, I had a joy for life and an exceptional vitality. My family, friends, and colleagues found it difficult to keep up with me! But that was before I lost my health and was robbed of the “quality” of life we hope to maintain until our inevitable passing. My endless search for answers became a frustrating and confusing venture, as most of the methods of I came upon, were not very effective. I suffer from a severely challenged skeletal and muscular system… and because of all the other complications associated with my condition I am constantly in poor health due to a very low immune system, and am always tired and feeling exhausted from every little thing. Upon taking your advice I started taking Limu Plus. I am very skeptical about drugs but as you had been working wonders with my skin, I tried Limu Plus.
I did not really notice anything different until we went on a 2 week vacation. I forgot my HRT and during that period of time did not experience one symptom (even though I forgot my HRT) particularly the hot “feelings”. I have not used HRT for… months and just run out of the Limu Plus. Within two days the hot “feelings” reappeared.
I will not return to using HRT. I believe Limu Plus is providing my body with the necessary ingredients to combat my challenges and improve quality of life.

Big plus for Limu Plus! After open heart in March 2003, I continued to have fluid in my right leg. My cardiologist tried to get rid of the fluid, and after three or four months he then said it was something I would have to live with. After taking Limu Plus, 2oz. a day for about two to three weeks, I can get my footwear on again comfortably.

Limu Plus + Ponds Cold Cream Equals Great Skin
We have found a wonderful dry skin cream! Judy Blackburn and I have been using this for about a month. You combine 1/2 cap full of Limu Plus to one 6 oz. jar of Ponds Cold Cream (or your favorite cream). Use on skin as a night cream, under makeup or wherever you have dry skin. It makes your skin feel great and adds a natural color to your face.
I also wanted to tell you that Aloe Vera juice has helped my granddaughter with bladder concerns, she hates regular cranberry juice but would drink the whole bottle of the Aloe Vera juice if she could!

P.S. Here is a little more information on the Limu Plus/Ponds extra dry skin cream. Not only does it work on your face, I use it as a lotion hand cream. For me it has replaced my other creams. If you have dry cracked hands, it is wonderful! Use it anywhere you want; and it goes a long way. Good hand creams and lotions are costly, and sometimes do not work, but this one works!
I can’t say enough about Limu Plus!
I have a most severe form of “Joint Concerns” that came on very fast. This affected my feet, ankles, knees, shoulders, hands and wrists. Those are my body parts that were affected, but more important was how it affected my life. I could no longer do any of the things that were normal for me. I have children and I couldn’t care for them, in fact they needed to care for me. My biggest loss was missing out on so much of their lives.
After finally getting a diagnosis for what was causing my concerns, the doctor sent me to get casts for my hands and wrists to sleep in. I had one made but it was a month before we could arrange for the second cast. It was at this time that I got scared into action. The occupational therapist said to me, “Oh my goodness, you have progressed more than 5 years in the one month since I last saw you. You don’t need to worry about knarled joints, if you don’t get this under control you will lose your fingers.” From this I became desperate and decided it was in my hands to find a way to get better!
I began taking a high quality nutritional supplement and got some results. Then along came Limu Plus and I listened to everything being said about it. Although I was afraid, I decided to try this product for myself. Because I don’t have normal health I didn’t take normal amounts of Limu, I took 4- 6 ounces per day. To my amazement after one month I felt better than I had on the other nutritional products, after 6 months I went off all my prescription medications, (we recommend that you work closely with your health care professional when modifying medications,) and although at first I had ups and downs I felt better because now I suffered no side effects from the medication.
With the addition of the Russian Adaptogens, I continued on Aloe and Green Tea, taking lesser amounts of Limu Plus (2 oz per day) and my success story continued. Even I was shocked at how well I was doing! My doctor just shakes his head and says I am a walking miracle. I have resumed all activities in my life, gardening, horseback riding, playing with my children and I do these things to excess and I don’t worry about the future
Another nice thing is how friends have noticed that I am so much calmer now than I have ever been in my life.
Two weeks ago I had an accident where I broke my ankle very bad. When I went to emergency and they insisted I lay on my back with my foot up I started to “feel panic” as I always had with any severe pain when I’m told I must stay still. For the first time in my life I was able to control the feeling of panic and get myself back to a calm state.
It is normal when you have “joint concerns” like I did to have the pains resume when you suffer a trauma as bad as this break, but for me I had no trouble. Unfortunately, this break required surgery and I snuck some Limu Plus just prior to the surgery and upon waking up. I suffered absolutely no side effects from being put out, in fact I was ready to eat immediately, they wouldn’t let me but they did give me ice cubes and I gobbled them up quickly, of course suffering no nausea. I was up and about in my wheel chair within hours and outside enjoying the sunshine. What better way to pass the days in the hospital! I’m not sure if all my vitals are indicative of the effects of Limu Plus but as the nurse told me, I have the circulatory numbers of a child, (I’m 45) and a pulse rate that hovers around 48 at rest.
In conclusion, I am so thankful for finding Limu Plus, I take it, my husband and children take it, my dogs all get Limu Plus with their food. Limu Plus gave me back a life that is worth living.

I am thrilled with LimuPlus
I was introduced to Limu Plus while visiting my friend in Napa, CA. Each morning when she took her dose of Limu Plus she also poured one for me. Prior to taking this health supplement I would be tired and my eyes would burn all day. Within three days I noticed I was sleeping better, and within 2 weeks I noticed I had more energy. The day LimuPlus finally arrived
. . . I started reading about Limu Plus the more I got excited about it. The day finally came when it arrived. I drank my first dose that day and my second dose the next day. I cannot believe the reaction my body had! It had immediately cleansed my body out and the energy it had given me was a feeling I had not had in years. You see, my mother had Lupus when I was born. All my life I have always been sick with bronchitis, ear infections, strep throat, etc. Now that I have grown up I’m not as sickly but not as healthy as most people. Limu Plus Equals Relief!
Ok everyone, my name is Elysia Beattie, I am 19 and I want everyone to know about the beauty that is Limu Plus. Anyone ever get a wee bit o’acid reflux? Yeah, well I rarely do but I experienced it the other day and boy it did not feel that great. So I went searching around the house for antacids and was getting quite irritated at the fact that I could not, for the life of me, find them. But hey, my father is much older than me and must know something more than I do when it comes to acid reflux, so I made my way into the kitchen and grabbed a shot glass and did one of the most normal things a college student would do, haha just kidding.
The amazing thing, and the point to my tale, is that I felt better almost INSTANTLY. I honestly felt better the moment that liquid touched my stomach. Within 5 minutes, I was back to my good ole self. So I am telling everyone, that Limu Plus is amazing!

Limu Plus Surpised and Amazed Me
I have struggled with my weight all my life, and when I went over 40, it seemed all I had to do was look at food and gain weight. And when my female cycle kicked in, my water weight went through the roof and I always gained. This past holiday season I ate like there was no tomorrow. I began dieting, lost two pounds the first week, then the next week was to be my monthly cycle. I’m a 38-year-old diabetic and heart patient. I’ve had a quad bypass and I’ve had 3 stints since that bypass, so my heart disease is advanced. It is hereditary and a complication of my diabetes. In March I had a lipid profile done and my total cholesterol was 94. My HDL was 40 (the good kind), my LDL was 45 (the bad kind) and my triglycerides were 43 (more bad stuff).
In late April/early May, I started taking 1 ounce of Limu Plus per day. (It was suggested that I start out with 1 ounce per day, to be cautious.) During this time, I had become lazy with my nutrition and was eating at fast food restaurants 2 or 3 times a week. At the end of May, I had another lipid profile done. My total cholesterol was 115. My HDL was 46, my LDL was 54, and my triglycerides were 38.* **
The American Heart Associations recommendations for healthy cholesterol is that the total is below 200, HDL is above 45, LDL is below 100, and Triglycerides are below 150.
Now, I’ve NEVER, EVER been able to get my HDL above 40, and I did while eating things that should be lowering it.* ** I not only increased the HDL, but I decreased the Triglycerides, and on half the normal dosage!* ** The only supplement I was taking, was the Limu Plus.* ** That’s factual evidence that Limu Plus is working, helping, making me healthier.* **

I should also mention that I do take a statin called Vytorin, but that dosage has been the same for years, and did not change during this test period.
